What would your day-to-day look like?
- Implementing invoice processing procedures
- Tracking, reviewing and approving invoices within the deadline
- Supporting international Operation and Finance department

What you´ll need:
- High School (higher education level will be value)
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- Financial and/or freight forwarding background can be an advantage
- Interested in learning our systems and processes
- Be multi-tasking, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
- Quality and efficiency driven
- Have strong teamwork and organizational skill
- Customer-service mindset
- Intermediate PC user, familiar with MS Office suite and Outlook
- Flexible work, initiating between 8:30-9:30 and finishing between 16:30-19:00 with 1 hour lunch break.
