About the Job: An opportunity has arisen for a Bartender position to join the F&B; Department at Jumeirah Mallorca. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Provide attentive and personalized bar service, preparing and serving beverages according to established recipes and brand standards.
- Mix cocktails and other drinks accurately, ensuring quality, presentation, and compliance with licensing and responsible service policies.
- Maintain the bar area, including setup, cleanliness, stock management, and proper storage of perishable items.
- Process all beverage transactions correctly, assisting in daily reporting and supporting smooth operational workflows.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver an exceptional guest experience and uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards.
About You
- Previous experience working as a bartender or in a similar F&B; role within a luxury hospitality environment.
- Comfortable delivering high standards of service in a premium, guest‑focused setting.
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, cocktail recipes, and responsible alcohol service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with colleagues and engage positively with guests.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
