As an Account Executive for EMSE, you will join Gartner’s fastest growing region, at the forefront of Gartner’s sales function. You will be responsible for retaining and acquiring new clients within a specific territory targeting emerging tech providers.
What you’ll do :
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities with organizations new to Gartner.
2. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
3. Retain current clients, enhance their satisfaction, and promote account growth by ensuring they derive maximum value from Gartner’s services.
4. Align with one of Gartner's markets.
5. Collaborate with the Midsize Enterprise Sales team to develop best practices and prospecting techniques.
6. Work in a multicultural environment with diverse languages spoken.

What you’ll need :
* At least 1 year of consultative selling experience with a proven success record.
* Strong business acumen, executive presence, and commercial intellect.
* A high drive for success, combined with a collaborative approach.
* Experience managing the full sales cycle, including new client acquisition.
* Experience in managing, retaining, and growing a client portfolio.
* Fluency in English and German.
* Competitive spirit with a collaborative mindset.
* Problem-solving skills and a passion for learning and feedback.
* High self-confidence.
* Ability to thrive in goal-oriented, competitive, and collaborative environments.
* Bachelor’s degree preferred.
* Location: Hybrid, Barcelona CoE (Relocation available).
