Junior Cost Controller
Location: On-site in O Grove | Department: Finance | Contract: Permanent
Join Bolton Food’s Finance Team and contribute to cost control, financial accuracy, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
* Preparing cost forecasts, estimates, and variance analyses.
* Reporting on deviations, cost trends, and financial impacts.
* Supporting the preparation of the latest forecast and annual budget cycles.
* Managing and maintaining Material Master Data for financial accuracy.
* Contributing to internal finance, controlling, and audit-related activities.
Qualifications:
* Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
* Experience in cost controlling or audit within structured or multinational environments.
* Strong Excel skills and experience with SAP (SAP HANA knowledge is a plus).
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* Analytical skills, independence, critical thinking, and a growth mindset.
* Proactive, responsible, team-oriented, and able to build trust with stakeholders.
