Duties and Responsibilities
* Understand OEM prosumer product requirements and prescribe inverters and batteries.
* Create project documentation including energy requirements, design calculations, drawings, layouts, specifications, block schematics, solution presentations, value propositions, compliance tables, and software programming procedures.
* Expand Prosumer Transactional Business Market Share in targeted sales areas and drive growth at OEM / EOEM accounts within the covered geography.
* Deploy new offer launches in the field, ensuring acceptance and engagement with deployment initiatives.
* Collaborate with Sales teams to enhance their knowledge of prosumer products and activate the sales cycle. Work with channel partners to train staff.
* Identify and execute technical sales activities for new customer leads and existing offers.
* Provide engineering support during installation, including process guidance, tools, procedures, regulatory compliance, technical interpretations, and quality assurance.
* Coordinate with the business forecasting team to keep partners updated.
Experience Level
* B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or related technical/engineering degree preferred.
* Background in technical validation related to inverters and batteries.
* Proficiency in Spanish and English.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
* Understanding of industrial communication systems for smart/connected systems is a plus.
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks.
* Analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills with good presentation abilities.
* Customer service orientation.
