You’ll serve four clients and have direct contact with leading funds and key ecosystem players.
Direct client relationships
You’ll start alongside a partner and, within 6 months to 3 years, manage client relations autonomously.

Your mission in this role
You will join the finance team that supports innovative start-ups as they scale. Working closely with senior controllers and CFOs, you’ll help ensure orderly, effective financial operations aligned with each client’s goals. It’s an ideal step to learn the inner workings of start-ups and gain a 360-degree view of finance in high-growth environments.
What will you do day-to-day?
Support clients’ day-to-day financial management – Track cash flows, prepare financial reports, control expenses, and update capital structures and cap tables with rigour and order.
Help prepare presentations and reports – Assist in producing clear, useful, well-structured financial decks for boards or investors.
Take part in audits and reporting processes – Support month-end closings, internal reviews, and audits, ensuring documentation quality and on-time delivery.
Train in scalability and financial efficiency processes – Learn to spot improvement opportunities in internal processes and help implement them, gaining experience in start-up financial professionalisation.
Work with multiple client areas – Coordinate with product, legal, or HR teams to align financial decisions with real business needs.
What do you need to succeed?
Ability to handle several clients at once – You’ll serve different start-ups, each with its own pace and needs; good organisation and agility are key to making the most of our flexibility.
Desire to learn & grow in start-up finance – We value genuine interest in the entrepreneurial world and ambition to develop in a dynamic, high-exposure setting.
2-5 years’ experience in a BIG 4 audit firm – A solid grounding in financial analysis, accounting and internal control will let you add value from day one.
Good English – Many of our start-ups are international; you’ll need to handle written and spoken English confidently.
Analytical skills & attention to detail – You’ll work with key financial data, so precision, order, and critical thinking are essential.
Proactive attitude & organisational skills – Juggle tasks for different clients, know how to prioritise, ask when needed, and keep a problem-solving mindset.
Teamwork & good communication – You’ll interact with multiple stakeholders; empathy and clear communication will set you apart.
