Responsibilities:
1. Agile Coaching & Leadership: Guide senior leaders and cross-functional teams in adopting agile principles and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
2. Strategic Alignment at Scale: Ensure agile transformation aligns with business goals and scales across teams in a multinational environment.
3. Team Enablement: Support product teams in selecting and evolving agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS Huge).
4. Conflict & Collaboration Facilitation: Support team leaders resolve conflicts and promote constructive, mutually beneficial solutions.
5. Align with lean Portfolio Management: Drive cross-team collaboration and implement lean governance practices.
6. Continuous Improvement: Use agile metrics and feedback loops to optimize value streams and product delivery.
7. Training & Stakeholder Engagement: Design agile training programs and bridge communication between business and technology stakeholders.
Qualifications:
8. Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
9. Experience: Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including at least 2–3 successful agile transformation projects in multinational companies. Additionally, extensive experience in traditional project management methodologies.
10. Agile Expertise: Deep theoretical and practical knowledge of agile frameworks such as SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), LeSS Huge (Large Scale Scrum), and others.
11. Change Management: Strong background in organizational change and agile design.
12. Coaching & Mentoring: Proven ability to coach and mentor teams and leaders at all levels to foster agile maturity.
13. Communication: Fluent in English and German, with excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills
