Location: Palma de Mallorca & Puerto Portals, Mallorca (work across both boutique locations)
Position Overview
A polished, service-driven Luxury Sales Associate is sought for a high-end jewelry and diamond boutique. This is a long-term role for someone who values excellence, understands premium client expectations, and is motivated to grow within luxury retail. Immediate incorporation.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service
* Advise clients on fine jewelry and diamonds with confidence
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients
* Meet sales targets and support overall store performance
* Maintain impeccable store presentation and standards
Candidate Profile
* Experience in retail sales (luxury/high-end preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Service-oriented, reliable, and results-driven
* Professional appearance suitable for a luxury environment
Languages
* English (essential)
* German (preferred)
* Additional languages are a plus
Working Conditions & Compensation
* Full-time (40 hours/week, 6 days/week/weekends)
* €1,600–€1,700 gross/month + commission
Additional Requirements
* Ability to commute between both locations (own vehicle preferred)
