The ING International Talent Programme is a two-year development programme designed for talented international graduates to experience as many roles, places, skills and challenges as we could pack into 2 intensive years. During the programme you will be able to rotate between different teams of the bank. In addition, over the course of the programme, you will also have workshops and activities to develop your potential in three key areas: Banking Skills, Personal Growth, Professional Development. In addition to the learning courses, you will attend 2 Global events where all trainees come together to learn, network and develop themselves.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop comprehensive marketing materials, including presentations and pitch books.
* Conduct thorough analysis of targets, financing options, and competitive landscape.
* Utilize financial modeling and analysis skills to evaluate transaction viability.
* Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders throughout the transaction process.
* Ensure compliance with internal procedures and assist in drafting transaction documentation.
* Monitor market trends, gather industry information, and support portfolio management.
* Demonstrate strong project management skills to ensure timely and high-quality transaction delivery.
* Perform due diligence, evaluate risk factors, and maintain compliance standards.
* Support syndication efforts and facilitate coordination among multiple parties.
* Process credit reviews, waivers, and amendments to maintain a secure portfolio.
* Collaborate with the KYC team to uphold regulatory and compliance requirements.
* Stay updated on industry best practices and relevant regulations.
* Demonstrate strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
* Master’s degree with above-average academic grades.
* Experience in banking, financial services, and/or strategic consultancy (including internships).
* Up to 2 years of international financial sector experience.
* Proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
* Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Collaborative and team player.
* Attention to detail and high-quality document delivery.
* Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
* Ability to earn trust and respect from colleagues, senior management, and clients.
* Strong customer orientation.
* Rigorous and skilled in delivering quality documents in a timely and flexible manner.
