CSA Project Manager

Due to continued project success, we are seeking a results-driven and technically strong CSA PM to lead works in Madrid, Lisbon, and Frankfurt.
The Role : As a
CSA Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the delivery of civil, structural, and architectural packages, ensuring timely, high-quality execution in a fast-paced data centre environment. You’ll act as the key interface between clients, design teams, and subcontractors, reporting directly to the Project Director.
Key Responsibilities :
* Manage CSA works from groundworks through to architectural finishes
* Oversee site progress, scheduling, and health & safety compliance
* Coordinate with internal MEP, commercial, and planning teams
* Ensure compliance with local codes, design specifications, and quality standards
* Lead subcontractor coordination and resource planning
* Drive performance and accountability across site teams
Requirements :
* Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
* 5+ years' experience in a similar role with a main contractor
* Proven track record on large-scale industrial or data centre projects
* Strong technical knowledge across civil, structural, and architectural scopes
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Flexibility to travel or relocate to Madrid, Lisbon, or Frankfurt
