We’re hiring a DTC-focused video editor to produce high-performing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad creatives for direct-to-consumer brands. This role is performance-driven — you’ll be editing ads designed to convert, not just look pretty.
Edit short-form video ads for Meta (Reels, Stories, Feed)
Create multiple ad variations for testing (hooks, angles, formats)
Collaborate with creative strategists and media buyers
Iterate based on performance feedback (CTR, hold rate, CPA)
Minimum 2 years experience editing ads for DTC brands
- Founder-led videos
Ability to edit for performance, not just aesthetics
- Experience working with brands spending consistently on Meta
Understanding of creative testing frameworks
Motion graphics, captions, light animation skills
Clearly note which brands were DTC
~ Bonus if you can share performance context (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
