About the Team
Our Human Capital Management (HCM) Solution Consultants possess deep product and industry knowledge to provide functional expertise during the sales process. They work closely with Account Executives to understand client needs, deliver impactful presentations, and demonstrate how Workday’s enterprise applications can add value. They act as trusted advisors, guiding prospects and customers on product capabilities and benefits.
About the Role
We seek an experienced Presales Solution Consultant with expertise in enterprise software, particularly HCM, to join our Iberia Team. Candidates should have knowledge of the HCM software market in Spain & Portugal and experience presenting and demonstrating HCM applications to a C-level audience. This role involves helping organizations improve their operations and employee experience through our modern Cloud solutions.
Responsibilities
1. Deliver technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars.
2. Assist in closing sales by resolving questions about our solutions, services, and training.
3. Contribute to prospect qualification, demonstration criteria, proof of concept builds, and sales closure plans.
4. Lead account teams to understand customer strategies and expand their Workday footprint.
5. Support sales, marketing, technical, and channel objectives.
6. Respond to RFIs to assist sales efforts.
Basic Qualifications
* Knowledge of the Portuguese enterprise software market is a plus.
* Professional experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Consulting, or HR roles.
* Expertise in administrative systems related to HR.
* Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
Other Qualifications
* Understanding of Cloud-based HCM SaaS solutions is preferred.
* Strong HR functional experience.
* Experience presenting administrative computing solutions to technical and business audiences.
