What you will do
Work closely with clients and strategic partners to help them get the most out of the platform
Define and implement strategies to increase adoption
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to ensure an outstanding customer experience
Work toward targets, managing a portfolio of clients and maximizing their results

We are looking for someone who
Has 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles
Is customer-oriented and able to build strong relationships
Experience working for a SaaS company
Has analytical skills and knowledge of digital marketing
Speaks fluent English (C1) and Spanish (C1)
Italian is considered a plus

Proactive and able to take initiative independently.
Collaborative mindset and ability to build strong, lasting relationships.
Ability to analyze partner data and feedback, turning insights into concrete actions.
Flexibility and resilience in dynamic, evolving contexts.

Work Policy for Barcelona
This is a on site position based at the Aticco Bogatell coworking space in Barcelona.
Employees working from the Barcelona office must spend 1 full week at the San Vito dei Normanni (Italy) office every 2 months (i.e., at least 6 times per year).
The travel schedule will be defined in agreement with the manager.
Expenses: 100% of travel and accommodation expenses are reimbursed by Spoki.
