Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to collect and analyze financial metrics. Each day, you will identify trends and problems and communicate information to relevant groups. You will also showcase your expertise by recommending actions to improve financial performance of the specific factory/manufacturing site.

Work model: Onsite. Contract type: Temporary 1 year with possibility to become permanent.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform analyses of business performance versus plan and propose improvement actions with special focus on product line profitability, product costing, production variances, over/under-absorption analysis, and inventory analysis.
- Support the preparation of the relevant organization financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting and provide information to management by gathering and summarizing data, preparing reports, and making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.

Qualifications for the Role
- Strong proficiency in financial planning, cost accounting, budgeting, and performance analysis within the manufacturing or industrial sector
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in finance or controlling, ideally in a factory or plant environment
- Proven experience as a Plant Controller, Factory Controller, or similar role supporting manufacturing operations
- Advanced knowledge of SAP systems and strong Excel/data analysis skills
- Solid understanding of standard costing, variance analysis, inventory management, and internal controls
- Demonstrated ability to partner with operations teams to drive efficiency and cost optimization
- Effective communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across finance and operations
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- You are at ease communicating in English and Spanish
- You have the legal right to work in Spain/the EU
