Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Digital Asset Management (DAM) Specialist that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.
We are looking for a Digital Asset Management (DAM) Specialist to manage the delivery of services related to a DAM system. As a DAM Librarian you will support DAM users in uploading assets, searching and retrieving existing assets, and delivering reports on DAM usage.
Responsibilities
Curate and manage asset collection
Provide regular reports and evaluations of the asset collection and DAM usage completion as per defined service metrics and SLAs
Support on-going development and improvement of the DAM
Perform quality checks on digital assets to ensure compliance with standards
Respond to user inquiries and provide timely support via multiple channels
Document new requests and requirements thoroughly
Monitor and manage tickets in the support system
Attend scheduled support calls
Maintain and update documentation related to daily tasks
Prepare regular reports to track tasks
Attend monthly Champion calls
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in library science, business, information science, computer science or sociology Master’s preferred
Experience with digital asset management systems, preferably Aprimo
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticket management systems prefered
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Experience with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Teams, OneNote, and Excel
Customer service orientation with a proactive approach
