Job Description:
We are looking for a mid level Account Executive to join our team, focusing on hotel industry customers. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in sales. The AE will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle —from prospecting to closing—
Responsibilities:
* Actively prospecting new clients in the hotel sector through cold calling, emails and other outbound techniques.
* Identifying decision-makers in hotels and hotel chains.
* Presenting our products/services effectively, with a consultative approach.
* Maintaining and expanding a network of contacts in the hospitality sector.
* Collaborating with the marketing and sales team to refine the commercial message.
* Meet monthly lead generation and sales closing targets.
Requirements:
Must have:
* English C1 + Spanish
* 2 years of sales experience in the B2B hotel sector.
* Proven experience in outbound sales (cold calling, emailing, direct prospecting).
* Ability to build lasting business relationships and close deals effectively.
* Knowledge of the medium-long sales cycle and consultative sales techniques.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented.
