From Hays, we are looking for a Ad Operations Lead for an international digital advertising agency.
In this role, you will lead the operational execution and strategic alignment across key service areas such as Client Onboarding, Account Management, Customer Success, and Support. You will be responsible for driving service excellence, identifying growth opportunities, and building strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading strategic initiatives to improve service efficiency and client impact.
* Managing advertiser onboarding, engagement, and retention.
* Overseeing customer success metrics and enhancing client satisfaction.
* Ensuring high-quality support operations and continuous service improvement.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to innovate and scale processes.
* Leading and developing high-performing teams across multiple functions.
Requisitions:
* Approximately 7 years of experience in Ad Operations, Account Management, Customer Success & Client Operations.
* 4 years of team management experience, leading cross-functional teams.
* Advanced level of English.
