Job Description
* Analyze requirements and design functional solutions for projects.
* Provide effort estimations and collaborate with the team and clients to meet project objectives.
* Analyze and enhance application performance.
* Work with technology providers when needed.
* Validate solutions against functional requirements.
* Ensure compliance with Omega's software quality standards.
* Create functional documentation for projects.
* Share knowledge within Omega's community of practice.
Required Experience
* At least 4 years of experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and consulting roles.
* Experience in business process analysis and redesign.
* Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions supporting sales, customer service, and after-sales processes, with a focus on user adoption and continuous improvement.
* Experience with Salesforce Clouds such as Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud, and Community.
* Experience with Agile methodologies.
* Fluent in English, both oral and written.
