Position Summary
Clean public and employee restrooms and showers. Clean glass in public and employee areas. Clean floor surfaces in public or employee spaces using designated chemicals, supplies, and equipment. Dust surfaces in assigned areas. Empty trash containers, ashtrays, and ash urns in public areas into proper containers. Inspect furniture for tears, rips, and stains and report damages. Clean and maintain lights. Post caution signs to limit traffic when necessary. Contact other departments directly for urgent repairs. Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.
Responsibilities include:
1. Following all company safety and security policies; reporting hazards, accidents, and injuries; completing safety training and certifications; properly storing flammable materials.
2. Maintaining a professional appearance and confidentiality of proprietary information.
3. Welcoming and acknowledging guests according to company standards; anticipating and addressing guest needs; assisting individuals with disabilities; expressing genuine appreciation to guests.
4. Communicating clearly and professionally with others.
5. Supporting team efforts to achieve common goals.
6. Adhering to quality standards.
7. Moving, lifting, carrying objects up to 55 pounds alone, and over 55 pounds with assistance.
8. Operating machinery over various surfaces.
9. Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
10. Visually inspecting tools, equipment, or machines for defects.
11. Manipulating objects of varying sizes and weights with fine motor skills.
12. Navigating narrow, confined, or elevated spaces and ladders.
13. Standing, sitting, kneeling, or walking for extended periods.
14. Performing other reasonable duties as assigned.

Education: No high school diploma or G.E.D. required.
