As our production slate continues to grow across multiple locations, we are looking for a Resource Manager to support the effective planning and allocation of talent across our VFX teams. This role is key to ensuring that the right people are in the right place at the right time, enabling high-quality delivery across all projects. Job Description The Resource Manager is responsible for overseeing the allocation and utilization of artists across multiple VFX projects, ensuring efficient use of resources while supporting production goals and timelines. Working closely with Producers, VFX Supervisors, Department Heads, and HR, the Resource Manager plays a central role in balancing workload, anticipating resource needs, and maintaining visibility over team capacity. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative position requiring strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of the VFX pipeline. Key Responsibilities Allocate artists and technical staff to projects based on skills, availability, and production priorities Collaborate with Producers, Supervisors, and Department Heads to align resource planning with project schedules Monitor team capacity, utilization, and workload distribution across departments Proactively identify resource gaps, conflicts, or bottlenecks and propose effective solutions Maintain and update resource planning tools (e.g.,Fftrack, Excel, or similar systems) Support short- and long-term resource forecasting and workforce planning Partner with HR and recruitment to identify and address hiring needs (freelance and permanent) Contribute to the continuous improvement of resource management processes and workflo
