What are we looking for?
As an Administrative Assistant in the Business Development department, you will be essential to ensuring the team’s organization and efficiency. Your key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining and updating the Business Development Director’s schedule.
* Managing incoming communications: filtering calls and visits to direct them appropriately.
* Organizing travel arrangements with logistical efficiency.
* Preparing and reconciling the Director’s expenses, liaising with Treasury.
* Coordinating tasks with internal and external personnel as directed by the Director.
* Keeping the department’s documentation well organized and up to date.
* Collaborating with other departments (Supply, QA, Legal, Regulatory, Finance) to resolve operational issues.
* Preparing monthly PowerPoint presentations for the department.
* Placing purchase orders (POs) in SAP.
* Creating reports using Power BI.
* Reviewing contract compliance, including payment terms, Incoterms, and volume clauses.
