Wall Street English is looking for a HubSpot CRM Specialist to join our Marketing team in Barcelona, Spain. Reporting to the CRM Product Manager, you will be responsible for working directly with our Franchise partners and corporate businesses as a valued resource and trusted advisor, helping their business grow by leveraging their CRM platform and associated MarTech tools. You will be a creative problem solver, have a consultative approach, and a deep and thorough knowledge of how HubSpot works and its integration capabilities.Master HubSpot and CRM ToolsDevelop a deep knowledge of HubSpot software to remove technical barriers for our partners.Help partners exploit a variety of tools within HubSpot and through integrations to improve performance.Serve as a role model and trusted advisor on the team, showcasing ownership of even the most complex CRM issues.Motivate and guide partners in adopting CRM solutions to drive business growth.Work with Product, Technology, and Data teams to diagnose and fix software issues.Identify opportunities to enhance the CRM product experience for customers.Collaborate cross-functionally within Wall Street English to engage customers more deeply with HubSpot CRM.Ensure data integrity and accuracy across CRM and integrated tools.3–5 years working with HubSpot (Pro or above Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs) with strong applied knowledge of core features~ Experience with SaaS solutions, AI, and third-party CRM integrations~ Bachelor's degree~ Fluent in EnglishHubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot CRM, HubSpot Automation) are highly regardedSpanish, Italian, Chinese, ArabicStrong communication and writing skills- clear, concise, friendly, and professional; Comfortable with software concepts, technical troubleshooting, and applying technical and strategic thinking to solve high-value business problems.With Wall Street English you will go further.We are Wall Street English, the premier provider of English language instruction for individuals and corporate clients around the world.
