What are we looking for?We are seeking a Tech Lead Platform Engineer specialized in Python and React to join our Internal Developer Platform (IDP) team. You will play a critical role in building and refining our IDP capabilities, leveraging your extensive experience in back-end development, cloud engineering, and stakeholder collaboration to drive success across our organization.

100% Remote ONLY in Spain
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain our internal developer platform, utilizing cloud services (primarily Azure and AWS) to provide scalable and resilient solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define clear requirements and execute a refined product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Use your mastery of Python and experience with React to create robust backend and UI solutions, prioritizing performance and user experience.
Leverage tools such as Terraform, ArgoCD, etc., for cloud infrastructure and continuous delivery improvements.
Drive continuous improvement in system reliability, observability, and automation within a distributed technology environment.
Engage with stakeholders to analyze needs and deliver solutions that meet and exceed service-level expectations.
Mandatory Requirements:
Mastery in back-end development with Python.
Proven experience in UI/UX development using React, ideally with Material UI frameworks.
In-depth knowledge of Internal Developer Platform architecture, with experience in platforms like Backstage.
Practical experience in cloud architecture focusing on AWS and Azure.
Proficiency in cloud infrastructure technologies such as Terraform, ArgoCD, etc.
Familiarity with continuous delivery tools like ADO Pipelines and GitHub Actions.
Strong understanding of distributed systems with proven performance, scalability, and resiliency expertise.
Experience working closely with stakeholders to perform requirements analysis and product backlog definition.
Agile delivery experience, including knowledge of testing approaches like TDD.
