The main purpose of the role is to drive market access, sales growth, and advocate development of Incyte’s products and services within territory priority accounts. Key customers will include doctors, medical personnel, and payers/administrators to achieve territory objectives and organizational goals, working within the ABPI code, compliance, legal requirements, and company policies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Deliver therapeutic information on products in line with marketing strategy.
2. Promote INCYTE IAI Dermatology product to prescribing dermatologists in compliance with legal and company policies, aligned with marketing and sales strategies.
3. Create formal networks with key decision-makers and local stakeholders to develop business within compliance and legal frameworks.
4. Conduct market surveillance to gain and share customer insights.
5. Perform local marketing and sales analyses to understand patient flow and market dynamics.
6. Organize and conduct regional promotional meetings for physicians and stakeholders.
7. Manage professional relations with opinion leaders.
8. Develop and execute customer and account business plans to ensure patient access to Incyte medicines.
9. Map local funding, clinical, and access decision processes, identifying key stakeholders.
10. Ensure a favorable local access environment to maximize sales potential and drive growth.
11. Document and report daily activities, administration, and finances.
12. Participate in congresses, meetings, and trainings.
13. Work effectively cross-functionally and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
14. Continuously update commercial knowledge and strategies.
15. Find innovative solutions to barriers and challenges.
16. Manage personal development plans.
17. Promote a culture of integrity and ethics.
18. Act within compliance, legal, and company guidelines.
Requirements:
1. Life Sciences Degree or equivalent qualification.
2. Over 5 years of experience promoting specialist pharmaceutical products, preferably in dermatology.
3. Proven track record in specialist sales.
4. Understanding of Market Access and NHS environment is a plus.
5. Strong communication and presentation skills.
6. Professional appearance.
7. Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
8. Good IT skills.
