Requirements analysis and functional solution design and implementation.Provide effort estimations for projects.Coordinate with the Omega team and clients to achieve project objectives.Analyze and improve application performance.Collaborate with technology providers as needed.Validate solutions against functional requirements.Ensure compliance with Omega's software quality standards.Generate functional documentation for projects.Share knowledge within Omega's community of practice.Required Experience
Minimum of 4 years in Salesforce administration, configuration, and consulting roles.Experience in business process analysis and redesign.Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions supporting sales, customer service, and after-sales processes.Experience with Salesforce clouds such as Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud, Community, etc.Experience with Agile methodologies.Fluent in English, both oral and written.What We Offer
