We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to be based in London, Madrid, or Barcelona.

Do you have project management and technology support experience, with a strong sense of customer service and the ability to implement technology solutions within project timelines and to the satisfaction of clients?
Then this may be the role for you Kantar Media is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Technical Project Manager to support the implementation of technology solutions for a new audience measurement service in a leading market. We need an experienced project owner to oversee and implement the Audience Global Support (AGS) infrastructure, systems, and applications in the Azure cloud environment that will operate the client measurement solution.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the end-to-end technical implementation of AGS, ensuring systems, applications, training, and documentation meet Sweden solution requirements.
* Coordinate with the overall project PM for governance, manage escalation processes, and ensure change management procedures are followed.
* Validate and own the delivery scope for all AGS teams regarding market and technology support.
* Set delivery checkpoints, own milestones, and report progress to stakeholders and the cloud migration owner.
* Manage handover to Level 1 local operations and DevOps teams, including training and documentation, aligned with Sweden requirements.
* Oversee support workflows with L1/L2/L3 teams, manage processes, escalation, ticketing, and change management.
* Test and configure deployed systems, review and approve deliveries, and validate configuration parameters.
* Review and maintain key project documents, including cloud service profiles and solution details.
* Ensure successful implementation of key processes like meters Friends & Family and self-installation.
* Collaborate with SMEs to confirm configuration and validate user interfaces.
Required Skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex technical information clearly.
