About the role
We are looking for a Finance Administrator to join the finance team supporting the exciting Formula 1 Madrid project at MATCH Hospitality.
This role is ideal for someone with previous administrative or finance experience who is organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers and financial data. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day finance operations of the business while working closely with colleagues across an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Finance Administration
* Process customer and supplier invoices
* Maintain accurate financial and administrative records
* Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
* Assist with bank reconciliations and payment processing
* Help track outstanding customer balances and supplier payments
* Support expense management and documentation control
Reporting & Support
* Assist the Finance team with month-end activities
* Prepare basic reports and data analysis using Excel
* Maintain filing systems and supporting documentation
* Support audit requests and compliance requirements
* Assist with ad-hoc finance and administration tasks
Essential Skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Good organisational and administrative skills
* Comfortable working with numbers and financial information
* Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities
* Strong communication skills

Experience
* Previous experience in administration, finance administration, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping or similar roles
* Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Experience with ERP systems is an advantage but not essential
* Experience in an international environment is desirable
* Experience in hospitality, events or sports industries is a plus
