We are hiring an Administrative & Reception Assistant to become the key point of contact at our headquarters and ensure smooth daily operations in a dynamic, growing environment.

Your responsibilities
1. Welcome and support panelists and visitors at the reception
2. Manage appointments, coordinate calendars, and handle incoming calls
3. Oversee payment processing (card, cash, vouchers) and documentation
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflows
5. Maintain a tidy, organized and professional reception area
6. Provide basic administrative support to the wider team
What we’re looking for
7. Previous experience in reception, administration, or customer service
8. Strong sense of responsibility, organisation, and autonomy
9. Fluent in Spanish and functional English (minimum B1); French is a plus
10. Comfortable with digital tools and basic office software
11. Warm, professional, and positive personality
