At Factorial, we're seeking a new Account Manager for the Spanish Market to help us elevate the company to the next level.
The Role
We are looking for an Account Manager in the Spanish Market to join our Customer Experience team. Your role will involve acting as a consultant to existing customers, increasing client satisfaction, retaining a specific portfolio of clients, building long-term relationships, understanding their processes and challenges, and identifying product improvements and upsell opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
1. Building strong client relationships and understanding their requirements through regular video calls to foster engagement and share product updates.
2. Understanding client needs and goals, serving as the main contact for all matters related to their experience.
3. Identifying upsell opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and add value to their businesses.
4. Proactively analyzing your portfolio to inform decision-making and develop action plans for each client.
5. Recognizing trends and potential issues, and helping to improve customer journeys and our product offerings.
6. Collaborating with teams such as Sales, CX, Product, Engineering, and Finance to meet Factorial's objectives.
7. Demonstrating strategic analytical skills and excellent organizational abilities.
8. Being tech-savvy.
9. Having at least 1 year of experience managing B2B customer portfolios; SaaS experience is a plus.
10. Exhibiting excellent communication skills and empathy.
11. Being adept at multitasking, problem-solving, and teamwork.
12. Being proactive and innovative.
13. Having previous experience with churn management and upselling.
14. Working with KPIs.
15. Proficiency in Spanish and professional English is required; we are an international company.
