About the Role
The Digital Insurance Project Manager will oversee and manage the implementation of projects within CoverGo's operations, leading transformative initiatives in the insurtech industry.
What You Will Do
* Engage and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Lead project planning sessions with internal teams and clients
* Support solution proposals, POCs, and client pursuits
* Participate in proposal and POC processes, including design and review
* Assist in creating contracts and communication with clients
* Identify and help secure growth opportunities with existing clients
* Manage project progress, ensuring deadlines are met
* Host regular project reviews and generate reports on project metrics
* Oversee project documentation and manage issues, risks, and dependencies
* Continuously improve processes and project approaches
What We Need
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field (preferred)
* 5+ years experience as a Project Manager
* Insurance domain knowledge is essential
* Strong client-facing experience is required
* Technical skills are advantageous
* Experience managing projects through full lifecycle
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness
* Proven ability to deliver projects on scope, budget, and timeline
* Self-motivated and independent worker
* Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced startup environment
* Fluent in Spanish
