What You’ll Do
As an Offer Senior Manager, you will partner closely with the AI & Digital Transformation Leadership Team to lead offer development and go‑to‑market strategies, supporting the growth of our business.
Product Strategy and Plan – Drive yearly planning exercises around our Artificial Intelligence Transformation offering, articulating client needs, evolving requirements, and how the product responds and differentiates from competitors. You will support the development of clear architecture for solutions, including playbooks for Deploy, Reshape, Invent offers and Enterprise foundations, value pools, use cases, and technology/human enablers.
Management and Support for Go‑To‑Market by Function – Align with functional and topic teams on priorities and specific GTM plans, including customized content, campaigns, and priority clients.
IP Development – Support development of playbooks for deploying/reshaping/inventing strategic plays, enterprise foundations, and end‑to‑end AI transformation approaches.
Strategic Analysis and Leadership Reporting – Work with PA and Finances to establish KPIs, track business progress, and report regularly to COO, Practice area leads, and Executive Committee.
Prioritization and Backlog Management – Align team priorities, manage activity backlogs, and coordinate communication, marketing, and external GTM initiatives.
Product Development – Collaborate with experts and knowledge teams to contribute to the development and dissemination of the AI Transformation offer.
Product Marketing and Communication – Develop product narrative, communication plans, and support execution in partnership with leadership and marketing teams.
Sales and Execution Support – Build internal and external capabilities, partner with proposal teams, and support training and enablement of our teams.
As part of the Product Management BCG community, you will work closely with your topic teams, Product Management colleagues, and contribute to testing, refining, and exchanging best practices across the community.
What You’ll Bring
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree required;
Advanced Degree preferred.
8‑10+ years of industry experience.
Experience as a project leader/senior consultant or professional in Digital, analytics, or Transformation roles;
startup experience preferred.
Previous experience in BCG is a plus, ideally in a Project Leader, Consultant, Senior KT or BST manager role.
Highly knowledgeable and analytical.
High motivation and interest in Artificial Intelligence applications is a must.
