July 16, 2025 (4 hours left to apply)job requisition id R29199Job TitleSummaryThe position will be responsible for driving the execution of the strategic vision and mission for the Hospitality Business Unit (BU).You will lead the implementation of assigned initiatives / projects aligned with the BU’s business strategy, focusing on revenue growth, cost optimization, and operational excellence.Finally, you'll be collaborating closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, the pos will ensure effective delivery of projects that contribute to impactful transformation for customers, the company, and the industry.Key responsibilitiesLead assigned projects around mergers and acquisitions (M&A), international expansion, and portfolio expansion among others.Translate the BU’s vision, mission, and strategic priorities into actionable plans and ensure their effective implementation.Conduct market analysis and identify growth and scale opportunities.2. Strategic Planning and Execution :
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the Hospitality business unit's growth and transformation.Identify key initiatives and projects that align with the BU's vision and mission.Oversee the execution of strategic projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.3. Strategic Transformation Projects :
Drive the execution of assigned initiatives, including the definition and implementation of new operating models, operational excellence programs, and digital transformation projects.Oversee project management activities to ensure timely, efficient, and successful delivery of transformation initiatives, in alignment with business objectives4. Stakeholder Engagement :
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate smooth transitions and successful project delivery.5. Internal Training and Development :
Develop and implement training plans, including upskilling programs, to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.The ideal candidate5 years of experience in Strategy, business transformation, organizational transformation, or related field.2 years of experience in managing large-scale projects, ideally within a complex, cross-functional environment.Strategic consultancy background is a plus.Ability to analyze data and trends to inform strategic decisions.Strong skills in managing multiple projects and ensuring they meet deadlines and budgets.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.Creative and strategic thinking to develop innovative solutions.Technical Proficiency :
