Tasks
Your Role
As an HR Operations Administrative, you will play a key role in supporting the daily HR activities for our two production sites in Parets del Vallès and Cervera. This is a 100% on‑site role, based in Parets del Vallès, ensuring close collaboration with our teams and direct involvement in daily operations.
The position is a fixed‑term assignment to cover a maternity leave, offering the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to our HR operations during this period.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of HR processes, accurate payroll inputs, and reliable workforce‑management activities. Your main duties include:
* Time & Attendance Management: Oversee the correct registration and monitoring of working hours, shifts, overtime, and anomalies in the time‑attendance system, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
* HR Administrative Support: Provide day‑to‑day administrative assistance across the HR function, such as contract documentation, employee records maintenance, onboarding coordination, and general HR documentation management.
* Contingent Workforce Control: Monitor and manage temporary and contingent workers, coordinating with agencies, tracking contracts, and ensuring proper documentation and integration into the HR processes.
* Payroll Support: Manage and prepare all payroll‑related inputs, including the control of absences, leaves, and variable items for both factories. Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all data to the payroll provider.
Requirements
About You
You are an organized and detail‑oriented professional with previous experience in HR Operations or administrative roles within Human Resources.
What you bring:
* Experience in HR administrative or HR operations roles, ideally in an industrial or multinational environment.
* English level B1-B2 (minimum): able to communicate effectively with international stakeholders and manage documentation in English.
* Catalan and Spanish fluency.
* Strong time‑management skills.
* High attention to detail and strong discretion: ensures accuracy in payroll inputs, documentation, and employee records while maintaining strict confidentiality.
* Proactive and collaborative mindset: comfortable working closely with HR colleagues, payroll providers, and external agencies.
* Solid organizational and administrative capabilities to manage documentation, employee files, and HR processes with structure and rigor.
