What we are looking for:
The job of Waiter is satisfactorily executed when:
- Food and beverages are served to customers in the assigned outlet, providing a professional, efficient and flexible service following 7Pines Resort Ibiza standards and values.
- Maximising sales and customer satisfaction is encouraged.
- Health and hygiene standards (HACCP) are complied with.
- Energy and material saving policies are followed and waste generated is recycled.
- Good communication is maintained with all colleagues in the team and other departments on issues that may affect the hotel's operations and the well-being of customers.
Other job responsibilities are: be familiar with the products offered in the assigned outlet. To deal with customer enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. Report customer complaints and comments to supervisors. Know how to operate the existing POS system. Ensure that the workplace and surrounding area is kept clean and organised at all times. Perform closing and opening of the outlet according to service standards.

Requirements:
The person we are looking for, must have the following qualities:
- Studies and experience related to the position.
- Highly service, customer and results oriented.
- Speak Spanish and English. Any other language is considered a plus.
- Knowledge and experience in 5 star/luxury hotels.
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
