POSITION SUMMARY
Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy. Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information. Control and secure cash and cash equivalents according to cash handling policies and procedures. Organize, secure, and maintain all files and records in accordance with document retention and confidentiality policies. Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables. Audit and reconcile all revenue postings and cash entries into the accounting system.
Assist management in training, evaluating, motivating, and coaching employees. Serve as a role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy. Report incidents and unsafe conditions; maintain awareness of undesirable persons on property. Follow all company policies, maintain confidentiality, and protect guest and coworker privacy and security.
Responsibilities also include welcoming guests, anticipating and addressing their needs, assisting individuals with disabilities, communicating clearly and professionally, and developing positive working relationships. Ensure quality standards are met, and suggest improvements to increase efficiency, quality, or safety. Perform physical tasks such as standing, sitting, walking, and lifting objects up to 10 pounds. Perform other duties as requested by supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications
* High school diploma or G.E.D.
* At least 2 years of related work experience.
* No supervisory experience required.
* Licenses or certifications are not required.
