Corus is seeking a Business Analyst/Support to participate in international projects from our Barcelona office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support main product owners of Survey Management Tool, Videoconference Product and wallet cards.
* Configure new customers (business units) and assist with their technical matters.
* Provide Level 2 support for mentioned products.
* Help track performance and generate reports to improve products.
* Assist business units with technical tasks like APIs and cloud approvals.
* Conduct regular technical assessments to ensure product quality.
* Collaborate with business units to enhance digital marketing strategies and customer experience.
Qualifications:
* Degree in Marketing, Administration, IT or related field.
* Experience working in digital sector, preferably in marketing.
* Fluent English, both written and spoken.
* Familiarity with digital marketing, online marketing, websites, apps and SaaS.
* Proficient in analytics tools and performance tracking.
* Technical background with IT-related experience preferred.
