It is an English speaking resort with the majority of guests from Denmark, United Kingdom and Germany.**Work and responsibilities****Strategic management** - In cooperation with the Green Team Manager ensure the entertainment at Club La Santa is adhering to the vision and mission statements of Club La Santa.**Operations management** - Leading the daily life of the Green Team instructors working within entertainment activities with prioritization of resources and optimization of processes.**Professional leadership** - Ensuring the quality of the entertainment program and activities, including the Green Team show, evening activities, live music, live streaming of big sports events, special events like Christmas, Halloween, Club La Santa Anniversary etc.**Personnel leadership** - Leading, developing, communicating, coaching, motivating, and giving feedback to the Green Team so they give their best.**Following description will clarify the duties included in the above position purpose with the four management fields. When working at Club La Santa you are employed in a dynamic and changing company, which means the duties will be dynamic and might change during your employment**.**Strategic management**The strategic work around the entertainment will be taken care of by the In Charge of Entertainment and the Green Team Manager.- The strategic responsibility for planning and maintaining work systems, procedures and policies that enable and encourage the optimum performance of the staff working around entertainment activities.- The strategic responsibility for the staff and their development in relation with the entertainment program.- Ensure the strategies are being implemented in the daily work**General Operations management, Professional leadership & Personnel leadership for in Charge**- In cooperation with the rest of the in-charge team, lead, manage and educate the employees working with entertainment activities to make sure Club La Santa is offering the guests a professional and safe service with the quality and the service level at the highest possible.- You will be curious and open to learning from the team and sharing knowledge regarding products, services and events with guests and new members to the team.- It is being expected, as an in-charge person, to be versátil and take responsibility when needed and together with the Green In-Charge Team create an alignment along the Green Team.- Link between the management and the Green Team instructors working with entertainment activities as well as an adviser for the rest of the Green Team.- Participate in the Green In-charge Team meetings held by the Green Team Manager.- Cultural leader and a role model for the whole Green Team including encouraging the team to participate in all kinds of social and entertainment activities to benefit and maintain team spirit.- Assist in the management of inventory processes, including receiving, ordering, weekly and monthly stock take requirements.- Report incidences or needs to the Green Team Manager.- Participating in Club La Santa races (e.G., Ironman, Ironman,70.3, Volcano Triathlon) if necessary.**Specific tasks for In Charge of Entertainment**- The person in charge of Entertainment is a part of the Green Team and will mainly be working within the staff participating in show and evening entertainment. Secondary it is possible to help with other activities, instructions etc. in the Green Team.- Responsible for monitoring current trends within entertainment, and together with the Green Team Manager continually develop these at Club La Santa to ensure a social atmosphere for the guests.- Responsible for the development, planning and coordination of the Green Team show every Monday and the rehearsals around the show. The in charge of entertainment will not necessarily need to choreography new dances or develop new sketches. This can be arranged with help and involvement from the Green Team.- Maintain and develop evening entertainment like quiz night, bingo etc.- Responsible for the development and the coordination of special events like: Christmas including a Christmas show the 24th of December and three decorations in the days before, the New Year party at the square and arranging the party fo
