Position Overview

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team. This role involves performing various administrative and clerical tasks. It offers many opportunities for advancement.
The ideal candidate should have excellent command of the English language, be highly organized, reliable, possess a strong work ethic, and have attention to detail. Prior administrative experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities
* Perform a variety of administrative duties.
* Answer emails and phone calls.
* Support scheduling by booking appointments and avoiding conflicts.
* Create content for the company's social media channels.
* Prepare presentations as instructed.
* Make travel arrangements, including flights, car rentals, hotels, and restaurant reservations.
* Maintain professional communication via phone, email, and mail.
* Anticipate the needs of others to ensure a seamless experience.
* Handle sensitive information confidentially.
Candidate Qualifications
* Preferred 1 year of experience.
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Exceptional time management and multitasking skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent organizational and planning skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* High-speed internet connection (20Mbps+ download speed).
* Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
Conditions of Employment

Physical Requirements
This role is mostly sedentary, requiring sitting/standing for long periods, operating computers and office equipment, and occasionally moving around the office. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds may be required.
