YOUR MISSION
* You'll be the voice of our client — a leading financial institution — providing top-tier customer service in both German and English, via phone and email.
WHAT WE´RE LOOKING FOR
* - Fluent German speaker (minimum C1)
* - Advanced English (minimum C1)
* - Previous customer service experience
* - Based in Madrid or willing to relocate
WHAT WE OFFER
* - Permanent full-time contract (39h/week)
* - €22,000 gross annual salary + 1.500 euros in a sign bonus
* - 2-month trial period
* - Monday–Friday rotating schedule (9 AM–6 PM)
* - Paid on-site training (Mon–Thurs, 8 AM–8 PM)
