Job position pitch
As part of Cyber Defense, The Password Management Product provides AXA with the capability to identify weak passwords. A malicious actor could use these passwords to compromise the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the various systems across the organization.
The Password Management Expert will join the Product team, working on initiatives, development and extending the perimeter of the Password Management product.
Our team is positioned in France, Spain, and India.
The division
You will join the Group Security division, defining the security standards to be applied by AXA entities, overseeing the overall security posture across the Group, and providing centralized services to support entities (Crisis Management, Security Operations Centre, etc.).
Throughout AXA Group, the security community represents composed of 1000 security professionals, working daily to protect our customers, operations, brand, and people. To achieve this, we have gathered our three security disciplines : Information Security, Physical Security and Operational Resilience.
Our main missions :
* Monitor the Security Threat Landscape
* Define and oversee Security Standards and Strategy implementation across the Group
* Drive local security objectives with C-Level executive (COO, CIO, CTO, CFO…) of AXA entities
* Ensure the security of Group Operations as an entity
* Provide centralized security services and products to AXA entities
AXA Group Security is divided in 4 main blocks :
* Corporate functions (Group Mandate) : Security Advisory and Standards, Security Governance, Security Risk & Assurance, Security Strategy and Awareness
* CyberDefense (Group security services and products provider)
* Group Operations Security (Security of the hosting entity)
* Corporate Chief Security Officers (Oversight of entities’ security) : Corporate Centre, European Markets, International Markets
The department / team
The product team delivers reporting capability to scan and securely share the details of these passwords with security teams for remediation. In addition, we also provide an enforcer tool to prevent the creation of weak passwords on target systems or devices. This permits to strengthen security & compliance, resilience and apply strong remediation actions when needed.
About the job
* Entities onboarding within Password Management product
* Work with entities’ security teams to ensure Cyber Defense services are delivered to the agreed QoS
* Define, implement, and communicate the applicable security processes with the AXA entities CSOs and local representatives, for the Password Management product.
* Work in close collaboration with Password Management Product manager define the product roadmap and lifecycle
* Work with the security technology teams and distributed teams to ensure maximum risk reduction is obtained from existing security solutions
* Actively involved in incident troubleshoot and follow up on the remediation steps
Roadmap
* Maintain the tactical roadmap in alignment with Product Forum decisions
* Manage the operational governance with the vendor to receive inputs on the next releases. Estimate the potential impact on the current product delivered to the entities. Communicate / explain the tactical roadmap on a regular basis to the entities
* Drive the day-to-day delivery of the product operational tasks
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills :
Experience
* Experience in IT field > 3-5 years
* Experience in Information Security field > 3 years (advantage)
* Proven experience with Password Management products
* Proven experience in international, multicultural, and large-scale enterprise
Education
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
* Post-graduate degree in Project Management, IT, or a closely related subject
Certification
Certifications in Information Security domain are desirable but is not essential
Technical skills
* Knowledge and experience in hash algorithms, methods to recover passwords with tools like John the Ripper, Hashcat, Epas.
* Broad knowledge spanning various technical environments including Unix, Linux, Windows, AD, Oracle, SQL Server, AS400, PowerShell, Detack (Epas / Enforcer)
* Ability to function effectively in a matrix structure
* Strong analytical skills
* Apply analytical rigor to understand complex business scenarios
* Fluent in English (French is bonus)
