Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Hybrid (3 days in the office + 2 days remote)
Contract: Temporary (6 months) with possibility of extension
Create and enter purchase orders for multiple projects.
Track orders proactively and ensure timely delivery.
Communicate effectively with internal teams (IT, Project Execution, Finance) and external suppliers.
Maintain and update the Salesforce database accurately and consistently.
Vocational Training (FP) or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Purchasing, or a related field.
~3–5 years of experience in procurement, ideally in technical materials (IT, engineering, renewable energy, or industrial sectors).
~ Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken is mandatory).
~ Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is a plus.
Exposure to diverse and challenging technical projects.
