Job DescriptionBring your career aspirations to life with AIA!Position Objectives:Manage compliance with regulatory rules focusing on MAS rules on data protection and PDPC rules on data privacy.Manage the regulatory liaison with the relevant regulatory bodies.Collaborate with business units to foster a positive compliance and governance culture through effective compliance awareness, engagement, advisory and preventive programs.Serve as the center point of contact to provide advice, guidance and support to business units and business development in the Right Way.Roles & Responsibilities:Regulatory LiaisonLiaise with key regulators, government agencies, and industry associations to ensure that their requests and queries are promptly addressed and represent the Company on relevant data privacy work issues and industry projects.Review and provide adequate challenge to the Business Units (BUs) on responses to Regulators to ensure the Company’s responses are accurate, consistent and of good quality.Data PrivacyProvide oversight, guidance and ongoing advisory to the business functions to ensure compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) requirements and obligations.Provide PDPA training to key stakeholders as required.Monitor compliance with PDPA requirements and conduct review of processes/controls and testing where required.Maintain oversight on DNC/PDPA breaches and remediation.Proactively foster a positive risk culture within the Company by raising awareness and implementing data privacy initiativesJob Requirements:Bachelor Degree or Legal background (diploma or degree equivalent) with at least 7 years’ relevant experience, preferably in the financial services industry, focusing on data privacy issues including external liaison with regulators.Working knowledge of data privacy matters.Practitioner Certificate in Personal Data Protection will be an added advantage.Liaison, relationship building and communication skills e.G. mediation.Building trust and credibility with Key Regulators by responding in an accurate, timely and concise manner.Project managementPresentation and Training skillsTipo de puesto: Jornada completaSalario: 4.100,00€-5.200,00€ al mesBeneficios:- Formación en certificaciones profesionales- Teléfono de empresa- Ticket restauranteHorario:- Turno de 10 horasRetribución complementaria:- Bonus por objetivos- Plan de comisiones- PropinasConsideraciones ante la COVID-19:wear mask at a public
