Job Summary
The Mall Admin Supervisor maintains the smooth and efficient operations of the mall. This includes monitoring facilities, proposing and implementing safety and sanitation standards, and managing day‑to‑day activities within the mall. The supervisor coordinates with various mall departments, manages maintenance personnel, and strives to provide the best experience for tenants and customers.
Qualifications
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree, preferably in any Business‑related course.
- At least 2 years experience in operations management. Experience in food and beverage, hospitality, and retail is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a commercial/mall setting highly preferred.
- Preferably with experience handling maintenance and janitorial personnel.

- Candidate must be residing or willing to be assigned in San Fernando, La Union.
