Responsibilities include basic bookkeeping, administrative management, payroll and people's admin responsibilities and the processing and tracking of invoices and internal procedures. The position ensures accurate financial information and efficient daily administrative operations. /ppbr/pp1. strongBookkeeping / Basic Accounting /strong /pp· Record accounting entries in the system (purchases, sales, expenses, bank transactions). /pp· Perform periodic bank reconciliations. /pp· Maintain and organize accounting documentation. /pp· Support month‑end financial and accounting closing activities. /pp· Verify accurate coding and classification of expenses and invoices. /ppbr/pp2. strongInvoice Management (Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable) /strong /pp· Process, verify, and record supplier invoices; manage approval workflows and resolve discrepancies. /pp· Create and issue customer invoices accurately and on time, ensuring alignment with contractual terms. /pp· Maintain up‑to‑date invoicing records, perform account reconciliations, and support internal/external audits. /ppbr/pp3. strongGeneral Administration /strong /pp· Maintain employer records and other internal and external documentation. /pp· Update administrative systems and HR databases. /pp· Prepare HR Documents: Handle paperwork related to HR policies and procedures, in compliance with local labor laws. /pp· Process Employee Requests: Provide information and support for various employee inquiries /pp· Absence and leave administration. /pp· Salary administration in preparation for payroll. /pp· Support Onboarding Process: Manage employe documentation, new hire orientation training /pp· Supervise employee’s expenses, coordinate achievement recognitions, team gatherings, etc. /ppbr/ppstrongJob Requirements /strong /pp· Education in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields. /pp· C1 level of English (advanced) required, both written and spoken (Will be tested during the interview) /pp· Previous experience in HR administrative or accounting roles (preferred) with minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience. /pp· Basic knowledge of accounting principles and invoice management. /pp· Proficiency with office tools (Excel, Word) and accounting/ERP systems. /pp· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management. /pp· Ability to work under supervision and collaborate with other departments. /ppbr/ppstrongWhat we offer /strong /ppA fun, creative and expanding team in an international and innovative environment. /ppWe offer a flexible and engaging work environment, a hybrid work model combining home-office and in-office days, comprehensive health insurance, opportunities for career growth, and other additional benefits designed to support your well-being and work–life balance /p
