- Collections and Payments Management: Supervise and manage the collection of insurance premiums, payments to companies and dealers, ensuring that they are made in an accurate and timely manner.
- Database Management: Maintain and update customer and policy databases, ensuring accuracy and security of information.
- Data Analysis: Use analytical tools and techniques to evaluate policies performance and identify potential areas for improvement.
- Month-end closing information and data reconciliations with customers and insurance companies
- Process Automation: Implement automation solutions to improve the efficiency of administrative processes and reduce human error.
Qualifications
- Degree or similar
- Spanish native
- English is very valuable
- Office, Advanced Level
- 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience in financial/automotive sector very valuable
