Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company with over 20 years of experience in Customer Experience services, is seeking a Client Lead to develop customer interactions throughout their Customer Journey Map, enhancing satisfaction and loyalty.
The Client Lead manages client interactions, focusing on relationship building, lead generation, and deal closing. They work with project managers to ensure project success, support team members, and address potential issues proactively.
Responsibilities include leading negotiations, managing project scope, monitoring project progress, identifying upselling opportunities, and conducting project retrospectives. They collaborate closely with operational teams, participate in team allocation, and communicate project needs and risks.
Required experience includes large account management, Salesforce ecosystem (Delivery Manager or Project Manager roles), Salesforce core and/or Marketing Cloud projects, and at least 6 years in business/technology consulting, particularly in digital and international projects. Fluency in English and native French are mandatory.
