Role Mission
We are looking for an SEO, GEO, and UX/CRO specialist to lead the company’s organic growth.
The role will be responsible for increasing qualified traffic, leads, and conversions through the organic channel, working cross-functionally with the Performance, CRM, and Product teams.
Main Responsibilities
SEO Strategy
* Define and implement the SEO strategy in national and international markets, in collaboration with an SEO agency.
* Conduct keyword research and identify growth opportunities.
Web Projects
* Continuously analyze potential improvements for the website with the goal of increasing traffic and conversions.
Content & Positioning
* Define the content strategy (transactional and informational).
* Optimize existing and new content on the Website and Blog.
* Ensure alignment with search intent and business objectives.
GEO (AI SEO)
* Optimize visibility in search engines using AI (Google AI, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
* Adapt content and structure to improve presence in these environments.
UX & CRO
* Improve user experience and conversion rates.
* Optimize landing pages, property pages, and forms.
* Identify friction points in the conversion funnel.
Analysis & Reporting
* Monitor traffic, rankings, leads, and conversions.
* Analyze results and propose continuous improvements.
Requirements
* Previous experience in SEO.
* Knowledge of SEO for AI environments (GEO).
* Technical SEO, content, and analytics knowledge.
* Experience with international projects.
