12-months Contractor. We are recruiting an organized administrative role to support our dynamic team in the Life Science industry. This role requires a meticulous individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for providing exceptional administrative support to a busy team. English is mandatory.

Description
Provide full administrative support to the team being responsible for:
- Coordinating large events including planning, organizing and implementation of a number of event activities, organization of meetings, travels, and accommodation, including booking meeting rooms, catering, and management of expense reports.
- Prioritizes workload involving multiple projects and time-lines with minimal guidance.
- Work order / PO processing, budget tracking, grants coordinator.
- Uses advanced level software programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Chem Draw, File Maker Pro, Access), to create graphs, charts, spread sheets, and presentations.
- Assistance with documents managed by the department and point of contact with external providers.
- Understands the goals and objectives of the entire department and contributes to fulfill them.
- Support in the organization of files, visits, and management of office materials needed.
Profile
A successful candidate should have:
- 3-5+ years administrative experience and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills are required.
- Must have good proofreading and editing skills of technical documents.
- Advanced knowledge and experience using office software.
- Must be fluent both in written and spoken English.
- Work under minimal supervision, receiving occasional direction from manager to perform non-routine job responsibilities and duties.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Good team player with a positive attitude.
