We are looking for a passionate Team Leader with a native/bilingual level of Spanish / English to join us at our Madrid Production Hub office!
The primary focus of the role will be to manage market research fieldwork in the healthcare industry. If you want to play a key role in a multi-country, dynamic and committed team, this could be the role for you!
What to expect:
* Plan, coordinate, and follow-up on fieldwork for market research projects.
* Implement and monitor procedures to ensure data collection flow, regular reporting on project progress, and adherence to timelines.
* Work effectively with a multi-cultural and cross-functional team.
* Apply critical thinking to anticipate and resolve potential difficulties.
* Analyze sample design for feasibility and follow-up on design fulfillment.
* Develop fieldwork knowledge to support project definition, including sample estimation, scope, objectives, timeframes, and budget.
* Lead and guide supporting team members throughout the project.
* Collaborate with the coding team to resolve data quality issues.
* Monitor key project metrics to ensure client satisfaction.
* Prepare quotations and provide commercial support.
* Participate in development initiatives and propose improvements.
* Oversee training of the supporting team.
* Organize the workload of the supporting team.
* Work with Panel managers to identify recruitment strategies.
* Recruit target doctors, follow-up on participation, and enhance doctor engagement.
* Conduct follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation rates.
* Collaborate with the project owner through regular in-person meetings.
Our ideal candidate: Skills & other requirements
* High school graduate or equivalent.
* Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (interviews conducted in these languages).
* Experience in project management within market research.
* Experience in team management.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
* Highly organized, efficient, and capable of working accurately under tight deadlines.
* Good communication skills.
* Strong prioritization skills in a dynamic environment.
* Strong analytical skills.
