What you’ll be doing
* Take full ownership of the venue’s day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly across all areas
* Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
* Maintain high standards across service, safety, presentation, and overall environment
* Monitor performance, budgets, and key metrics — and act quickly to drive improvements
* Collaborate across functions to keep operations aligned and efficient
* Bring fresh ideas to the table to boost footfall, engagement, and revenue through events, promotions, and partnerships
* Build strong relationships with guests, local stakeholders, and external partners
* Champion a culture of safety, compliance, and accountability at all times
What we’re looking for
* Proven management experience within a leisure, hospitality, or experience-led environment
* A confident leader who can energize teams and create a positive, high-performance culture
* Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and driving results
* A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-moving setting
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Proficiency in English is a requirement
* Comfortable working with operational systems and digital tools
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak periods as required
* Familiarity with safety regulations and operational compliance
